    Beginners Strength

    Designed for the newbie. Learn the principles and correct training techniques while building your strength. Perfect for those who want to build their confidence in the gym or before progressing onto the other classes.

    Pilates For Sport

    For athletes and active people. Improve your mobility, flexibility and core strength. This bodyweight class operates on a structured cycle so you are able to get to grips with challenging movements and track your progress.

    Free Community Circuits

    Strength & conditioning class combining multidisciplinary movements to really push your limits. Perfect if you love to feel the burn. This is a 50 minute class.

    Small Group Training

    Bespoke, professional personal training sessions specifically tailored to your needs. Designed to help you achieve your strength and fitness goals. Also available as a 1-1 mat Pilates session.
